“We have been very pleased with Herring and Bickers over the years – at least 20+. As each of our children (3) have learned to drive you have quickly and efficiently, guided us through the licensing and insurance process for teens. Best of all, as they maintained good driving records, on their anniversary date each year we received a premium reduction without asking, until they reached their standard rate as good drivers.
When our home was broken into you quickly responded to guide us through reporting the break-in, getting the door replaced with a high quality replacement, and then waited patiently while we took time to prepare a detailed inventory of all that was stolen from us. Your response to that call and every call has been immediate, or next day when appropriate, answering all our questions or researching them and getting back to us ASAP. WE continue to be very happy with your service.”

“What I like most is that there is a real person answering the phone, that I have a real contact (Susan, who is wonderful and probably deserves a raise), and my that questions or issues are addressed in a timely manner. If there is an issue with coverage or a claim, they go out of their way to find me the best resolution or options. I have been a customer many years, have been approached many times to switch and have no plans to do so.
This should be worth a 10% rate reduction – joke. I mean what I said above.”
